【摘要】比相结合的研究方法，旨在予先秦刑法发展、变化过程中考察《周礼》所见具体条文的时代性，并进而揭示出先秦社会的若干特点。|For a long time，the argument about the finished time and thewriter of 11zhou H”，a Confucianism classic，which contained sufficient historical data，made scholars not come to common understanding of its literature value．But i t not only can promote the development of the study of”zhou li”，but also is a requirement of the study of preqin history to discuss the content of "zhou li"，comprehensively and deeply．
